Collier commissioners approve five-story East Naples project with workforce housing
Collier County commissioners approved a mixed-use building at U.S. 41 East and Andrew Drive in East Naples with about 30 studio and one-bedroom workforce units above a Mediterranean restaurant. The five-story project replaces a vacant former fast-food site. Some neighbors had objected over traffic and commercial creep, and county planning staff had opposed the plan before the Planning Commission recommended it in August.
