The City of Marco Island will shut off water service in the 631 Peru St. area on Thursday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for scheduled work. A precautionary boil water notice takes effect there and stays in place until the city lifts it. Affected residents should boil water before drinking or cooking with it.
